IPI is pleased to announce Sara Schnotala has been selected to fill our new Global ERP Specialist position.
Sara has been with IPI since 2017 as a Customer Service Representative and has covered the county, state, and federal government markets and non-profit organizations during her tenure. She brought to IPI over 15 years of customer service experience in manufacturing environments along with significant Lean and process improvement training. According to Bob Fairfax, Director of Sales & Marketing, "Sara has proven herself as a Customer Service Representative, and has the training and experience to tackle this new challenge for our entire organization, and help us increase efficiencies, maximize our use of Global, and find new ways to make all our jobs and challenges easier and better for the future."
As the Global ERP Specialist, Sara will be focusing on developing, maintaining, monitoring, training, troubleshooting, and implementing policies and procedures to grow and expand IPI's efficiencies in Global and operational practices throughout the organization. When asked about her new position, she said, "I look forward to this opportunity, the challenges that I may face as well as the outcomes we will develop together as a team. I am excited to enhance the 'user experience' for IPI's internal customers so we can ultimately be the best vendor and provide the best service for our customers."
Sara will be starting in her new position on Friday, September 16, 2022. Until her current position is filled, Sara will continue serving county government customers while her other customers will be assisted by the rest of the customer service team.
Outside of work, Sara keeps busy spending time with her husband, Dave, and daughter, Brielle. Besides running her daughter to activities, she loves the Iowa Hawkeyes, the St. Louis Cardinals, traveling, hanging out with friends, and hosting parties so she has an excuse to create a new charcuterie board. She is the Vice President / Treasurer of C Co 2-247th AVN FRG. Sara is also active with her church's Dream Team, Serve Day, and Events Team.
