IPI offers a limited warranty on all products purchased. IPI warrants all products manufactured by IPI against defective material or workmanship for 5 years from invoice date unless otherwise noted. IPI offers no warranty on items beyond what is offered by the vendor to IPI. All requests for warranty will be determined by IPI within the warranty period. IPI will not guarantee warranty if items were modified, misused, abused, neglected, including normal wear and tear, improperly stored or installed by anyone other than IPI.
All refinished, refurbished or reupholstered items will carry a 20 business day warranty from the invoice date.
Warranty claims must have IPI authorization before any items are returned for warranty, repair or replacement. You will be notified via email if your warranty claim has been approved.
All warranty claims must be submitted on our Request For Warranty / Repair / Return form. Warranty claims must have the following information:
- Sales Order or Invoice Number
- Organization Name
- Contact Name, Number & Email
- Description of Issue
- Pictures of Issue
Other information may be requested at IPI’s discretion. Failure to provide all documentation may result in the warranty claim being denied.
