IPI Introduces New Return / Warranty Policies & Procedures

Effective July 1, 2021, IPI has updated our return and warranty policies.

IPI remains committed to providing top-notch service and quality products to our customers. All products are backed by our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee along with our Warranty Policy.

To expedite requests for repairs and returns, IPI has opened a new Request For Warranty / Repair / Return form on the IPI website. Utilizing the form ensures our customer service representatives have all the information needed to process a request; plus, it allows for uploading of photos!
