Customers Rate IPI Near Excellent in FY2016

The FY2016 Customer Satisfaction Survey results are in, and IPI is excited to see that our customers rated us in the "Above Average" to "Excellent" range across all questions!

The results of the surveys returned from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 are as follows:

A Customer Satisfaction Survey postcard is attached to the packing list on every IPI order that is delivered. A link to an on-line survey is also included with every emailed invoice. The survey asks ten questions about the customer's experience from order placement through delivery.

*For each question, survey respondents were asked to rate IPI from one (very poor) to five (excellent):

  • 5: Excellent
  • 4: Above Average
  • 3: Average
  • 2: Below Average
  • 1: Very Poor

The surveys also allow for customers to leave comments related to all the questions as well as general comments and suggestions.

IPI would like to thank all of our survey respondents for taking the time to let us know how we are doing. The ratings and comments are very important to us; in fact, all completed surveys are reviewed by the IPI Director of Sales & Marketing. Any ratings of two (2) or lower or negative comments are investigated to determine where IPI fell short of the customer's expectations. IPI staff follows up with the customer, and IPI works to ensure the issue is not repeated down the road.
