IPI is excited to announce that we've recently added the ability to order street markers to our website.
Traditionally, only standard signs have been available for on-line ordering due to the variations in custom signs. However, many customers were requesting to order street markers on-line. We listened!
Teresa Engelbart (since retired), Customer Service Representative, worked closely with the Sign Shop to put together a list of specifications needed to process a street marker order. Then the work of implementing those within our e-commerce website began. After some trial and error, the following popular markers are now available for on-line orders:
Ordering on-line is easy! The order forms walk you through all the specifications we need to provide you accurate sign layouts and pricing. You can even upload a list of street names! Once IPI receives an order on-line, the Sign Shop works up layouts and pricing for customer approval before production begins.
Orders are already coming in for street markers via the IPI website, and we are happy to say that the process is working smoothly! We look forward to seeing reduced processing times for street marker orders while still providing the quality and service our customers have grown to expect from IPI.
