Fabrics & Finishes: Seating Fabrics

IPI offers a diverse line of fabrics that are pre-graded for easy pricing according to the following guidelines:

• Grade 1: Price as listed on all upholstered products.
• Grade 2: Add 10% to lounge furniture pricing, 5% on all other upholstered products.
• Grade 3: Add 20% to lounge furniture pricing, 10% on all other upholstered products.
• Grade 4: Add 25% to lounge furniture pricing, 12% on all other upholstered products.

*Upholstered Lounge Furniture includes the following standard groups: Bryant, Mission, Overstuffed, Prestige, Madison, Steel Frame and Cayler Wall-Saver. Custom lounge furniture orders may also be subject to higher fabric upcharges. Please contact your sales representative with any questions.
