Federal Surplus Property: Application
All organizations that wish to receive Federal Surplus property must
provide a completed Federal Surplus Application. Applications must be updated every two years. To submit an application,
please download and fill out one of the following forms:

& fill out by hand or fill out electronically)
- Microsoft Word
(Fill out electronically)
- Please review the following documents to assist you in the application process:
Completed forms must to printed, signed and either faxed or mailed
to the Iowa Federal Surplus Office. If you have any question or
problems filling out the application, please contact Clint at clint.schmidt@iowa.gov.
The Federal Surplus program is covered by Federal nondiscrimination
laws that prohibit discrimination based on race, color, national
origin, age, disability and sex. For
