Federal Surplus Property: Application

All organizations that wish to purchase from Federal Surplus must provide a completed Federal Surplus Application. To submit an application, please download and fill out one of the following forms:

• PDF Format (Print & fill out by hand or fill out electronically)
• Microsoft Word (Fill out electronically)

Completed forms must to printed, signed and either faxed or mailed to the Iowa Federal Surplus Office. If you have any question or problems filling out the application, please contact Clint at ipi.surplus@iowa.gov.
