Welcome to the IPI Office of Purchasing's web site. Located in
the IPI Anamosa Business Office, the Office of Purchasing procures
a variety of goods and services for use in the production of IPI's
Products & Services as well as for use in our daily operations.
Doing Business With Iowa State (Prison) Industries:
- Iowa State (Prison) Industries' Office of Purchasing posts bids
and quotes electronically on this web site. If your company would
like to respond to bids and quotes from Iowa State (Prison) Industries,
please complete the required
documents and send the completed forms to IPI/ISI.
- Current
bids, quotes and proposals are available for download from
this web site. If you have provided an e-mail address on your
Vendor Application, you will be notified via e-mail of bids, quotes
or proposals that fall into the product categories specified on
the Vendor Application.
- Bids
& Proposals: All Invitations for Bids and Requests
for Proposals require formal competition. All responses must be
sealed and received by Iowa State Industries Office of Purchasing
at the time, date and location specified in the bid document.
To respond to Bids & Proposals, please follow all items specifically
listed in the Terms & Conditions, Instructions to Bidders
and Special Instructions that are available to download with each
Bid and/or Proposal.
- Quotes:
All Requests for Quotation require informal competition. Reponses
may be received by Iowa State Industries Office of Purchasing
either by phone, fax, e-mail or mail by the date specified in
the quote document. To respond to quotes, please follow all special
instructions that are listed on the bottom of the RFQ form.
