Project Spotlight: Tripoli High School Cafeteria & Commons Area

by | | 0 comment(s)

IPI recently furnished a mixed use cafeteria / commons area at Tripoli High School.

The finished space included the following items from IPI:

  • Alexander chairs upholstered in the school colors
  • Alexander tables with integrated power and data pop-ups
  • Cafeteria tables in various styles, including some with logos
  • Kool Stools

Furniture and finish selection started last spring with the district. The district's leadership wanted to have student involvement in the project to help them get excited about the new space and create a sense of ownership with the students. Therefore, IPI worked with a team of six students along with school leadership to plan the space.

IPI was excited to be a part of this unique cafeteria / commons area space. Today's cafeteria's are much more than just a space for students to eat. Tripoli High School's new space is a great example of how a school can promote a sense of school pride to students, staff, parents and the community using school colors and logos.
